This PNP finder helps you shortlist which of Canada's Provincial Nominee Programs are worth researching for your profile. Answer three quick questions — your occupation field (tech, healthcare, skilled trades, or business/finance), whether you have studied, worked or have family in a particular province, and whether you speak French at CLB 7 or higher — and it re-ranks all eleven provincial and territorial nominee programs instantly, from Ontario's OINP to the Northwest Territories' NTNP.
The scoring is deliberately transparent and mirrors how real streams work: a province that targets your field earns 2 points, French-friendly programs earn 2 more if you speak French, and a genuine connection to a specific province earns 3 — the heaviest weight, because many streams either require or strongly favour in-province study, work experience or family ties. Each result card explains why a program matched you and names its flagship stream, such as OINP's Tech Draws, the BC PNP Tech stream, Alberta's Accelerated Tech Pathway or Saskatchewan's Occupation In-Demand stream.

Many streams require or heavily favour applicants who studied in the province, hold work experience there, or have close family in it — Manitoba's MPNP is the clearest example, built almost entirely around demonstrated connections. By contrast, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are almost entirely employer-driven — most of their streams need a job offer from a local employer first.
Quebec is not part of the Provincial Nominee Program. It runs its own separate selection system under the Canada–Quebec Accord: you apply to the province for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) through its own intake system, then apply federally for permanent residence.
