These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Workaholic Developers website and the purchase of services from Workaholic Developers ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Using this website

You may read our content, use our free tools and contact us. You may not:

• use the site unlawfully, or to send unsolicited bulk messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• scrape, copy or republish our content at scale, or attempt to interfere with, overload or probe the service;
• upload anything malicious, unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

We may withdraw access where the site is being misused.

2. Free tools and content — please read

This site offers calculators, converters, generators and similar free tools, alongside articles and guides. They are provided for general information and convenience only.

• They are not professional advice — not financial, legal, tax, medical or engineering advice — and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
• While we take care to get them right, we do not warrant that any result, figure, conversion or output is accurate, complete or fit for your purpose.
• Verify any output independently before acting on it, particularly where money, legal documents, contracts, health or safety are involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on a free tool or on general content published on this site.

Parts of this site carry third-party advertising, which is how the free tools remain free. Advertisements are served by third parties and their content is not ours. 4. Comments and submissions

Where you post a comment or send us material, you keep ownership of it but grant us a licence to publish and display it on the site. You confirm the material is yours to send and is not unlawful. We may edit or remove contributions at our discretion, and we do not endorse opinions posted by visitors.

5. Our services

We provide custom software development and related services, including web development, mobile application development, AI and machine learning, enterprise software, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, API development, and maintenance and support. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or order.

6. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation before work begins. Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.

7. Payments

Payments are collected online through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments) and other agreed methods. Projects may require an advance and/or milestone-based payments as set out in the quotation. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

8. Delivery and timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates, and depend on timely client inputs, approvals and third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Your responsibilities as a client

You agree to provide accurate information, the content and access we need, and timely feedback. You confirm you hold the rights to any material you supply to us.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this website are owned by Workaholic Developers or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

For commissioned work: upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you — except for our pre-existing tools, libraries and third-party components, which remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you for use within the deliverable.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to perform the engagement.

12. Third-party services and links

This site links to, and our work may rely on, services operated by others. Those services are outside our control. We are not responsible for their availability, their content, their pricing, or changes they make to them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

13. Warranties and liability

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. The website and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement;
• our total liability arising out of your use of this website or its free tools, where no fee has been paid, is limited to INR 1,000;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the site, or material you submitted to us or posted on the site.

15. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Pathankot, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you raise the matter with us directly. Most disputes turn out to be a misunderstanding that a conversation settles faster than lawyers do.

18. General

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
• A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
