How cancellations and refunds work for our services.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from Workaholic Developers. Because we deliver custom software and professional services, the policy below balances fairness to clients with work already performed.

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before we start work, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, less applicable payment-gateway charges.
  • After work begins: If you cancel once work has started, fees for completed work and milestones are non-refundable. Any amount paid in advance for work not yet performed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Recurring services (e.g. maintenance & support) can be cancelled before the next billing cycle; the current cycle is non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. licences, domains, hosting, paid APIs) and completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email with your order/invoice details and reason. We review and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) within 5โ€“7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/card issuer.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged due to a technical error or a duplicate transaction, contact us and we will refund the full incorrect amount.
