Device & Sensor Tests
Test the hardware you already own: check every key and rollover on a keyboard, hunt dead pixels with fullscreen colours, measure your real internet speed with ping and jitter, verify your webcam, mic and speakers before a call, measure room loudness in decibels, and screen your colour vision and hearing age — all in the browser, nothing installed.
Then it gets more inventive. Your phone’s sensors become instruments: a real bubble level and protractor, a sonar tape measure that ranges walls with an inaudible chirp, a camera eyedropper that grabs real-world colours as HEX, a calibrated on-screen ruler, two phones turned into a directional sound radar, and a pendulum experiment that measures local gravity.
All sensor data — camera, microphone, motion — is processed live on your device and never leaves it or gets stored. These tools earn their keep before buying a second-hand laptop, when debugging a flaky mic ahead of an interview call, while hanging a shelf straight, or simply for proving your reflexes and hearing age to a sceptical friend.
Internet Speed Test
Measure your real download, upload, ping and jitter right in your browser — with a live gauge and a shareable result card.
Keyboard Tester
Press every key to check it works — see key codes, held keys and rollover/ghosting.
Dead Pixel Test
Find dead or stuck pixels with fullscreen solid colors and gradients.
Hearing Test — Hearing Age
Find the highest frequency you can hear and your approximate hearing age.
Spirit Level + Protractor
A real bubble level and angle finder using your phone's tilt sensors.
Decibel Sound-Level Meter
Measure how loud your room really is in dB using your microphone — live gauge, 60-second history graph, peak/average stats and a hearing-safety warning.
Echo Tape — Sonar Tape Measure
Point your phone at a wall and tap: it chirps an inaudible pulse, listens for the echo, and reads back the distance. Acoustic ranging in a browser.
Two-Phone Sound Radar
Open it on two phones a known distance apart; clap or talk and a live dial swings toward the sound — two ordinary phones become a directional microphone array.
Pendulum Gravity — Measure g
Swing your phone on a string and, from the rhythm, it computes your local gravitational acceleration g — explained by your latitude and altitude.
Device Check — Cam, Mic, Speaker
Test your webcam, microphone and speakers in one place. Nothing leaves your device.
Steady Hand Tremor Test
Hold your phone perfectly still — do you have surgeon hands? Score and share.
CPS Test — Click Speed
Test your clicks per second across several modes, with a live counter and your personal best.
Your Phone’s Walk
Pocket your phone and walk twenty steps — your gait is captured and rendered as a one-of-a-kind generative waveform signature that’s uniquely yours.
Color Blindness Test
A quick Ishihara-style color-vision screening. For fun and awareness.
Camera Colour Eyedropper
Point your camera at anything and grab its real colour as HEX, RGB and HSL — freeze the frame to pick an exact pixel and build a palette. Nothing leaves your device.
On-Screen Ruler (Calibrated)
Measure real objects on your screen in cm and inches — calibrate once to a bank card and your display becomes an accurate ruler and caliper.
Device & Sensor Tools — frequently asked questions
No. All sensor streams are processed in real time on your device and never recorded, stored or transmitted — permissions are used for the test in front of you and nothing else.
Good enough to be genuinely useful: the spirit level reads your device’s real tilt sensors, the sonar tape and pendulum tools explain their physics and error margins, and the on-screen ruler is exact once calibrated against a bank card.
Only because the test itself uses that hardware — a mic test must hear the mic, a webcam test must see the camera. Deny the permission and the rest of the site works normally.
No — they are well-made screenings for fun and awareness. If a result concerns you, treat it as a prompt to see an audiologist or optometrist, not as a diagnosis.
