Prayer Times & Qibla Compass

This tool shows today's five daily prayer times — Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, plus Sunrise — for your exact spot, along with a live countdown to the next salah and both the Gregorian and Hijri dates. Times are computed for the coordinates you share (either from your device location or a city search) using the open AlAdhan prayer-times service, so a remote city you search stays correct in its own timezone.

You control how the times are worked out. Different organisations use different twilight angles to define dawn and nightfall, which is why Fajr and Isha vary between methods — so you can pick the convention your community follows, from Muslim World League and ISNA to Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Diyanet, Karachi, Singapore MUIS and several Gulf authorities. The Asr setting switches between the Standard (Shafi, Maliki, Hanbali) shadow ratio and the later Hanafi ruling.

The Qibla compass is calculated on your device: from your latitude and longitude it works out the great-circle bearing to the Kaaba in Mecca (21.42° N, 39.83° E) and shows it in degrees with a cardinal direction. On a phone you can enable live tracking, which reads the device-orientation sensors so the Kaaba marker turns as you do — just rotate until it points up. If sensors are unavailable it falls back to a static bearing you can line up with a separate compass. Treat all times as careful estimates and confirm with your local mosque.
