This habit tracker is built around the "don't break the chain" method — the idea, often credited to a Jerry Seinfeld anecdote, that marking each day you show up builds a visible run you won't want to break. Add a habit, pick an emoji, and every day gets a circle. Tap today's circle to fill it in, and a small flame shows how many days in a row you have kept it going.
Each habit displays the last three weeks as a 21-day grid, with today ringed so it is easy to find. Track as many habits as you like side by side — water, exercise, reading, meditation, quitting a bad one — and watch several chains grow at once. The streak counter keeps yesterday's run alive until the end of today, so an open day doesn't reset your progress before you have had a chance to check in.
Everything is stored privately in this browser's local storage: no account, no signup and nothing sent to a server.
