The maths is calendar-aware rather than a crude divide-by-365. It subtracts years, months and days as calendar components, borrowing days from the actual length of the previous month when needed — so 31-day months, 30-day months, February and leap years are all handled correctly. That is why the answer here matches the way ages are counted on official documents, rather than drifting by a day or two the way "days ÷ 365.25" shortcuts can.
