Voice Studio — Autotune & Voice Changer
Record your voice, hear it snapped perfectly in tune, then stack harmonies, sing over a beat and share the clip — 17 one-tap voices, nothing uploaded.
Headphones only — on speakers it will screech. There’s about a tenth of a second of delay.
The music never goes through your mic — it’s mixed in when you export, so your voice stays clean and the balance stays adjustable.
Hit start, then slide slowly from the lowest note you can hold down there all the way up to your highest. You get twelve seconds. It’ll work out your range and suggest a Sa that puts most exercises comfortably in reach.
Sing the sargam, or sing the words you already know over the top — the notes are the same either way. Everything here is out of copyright, which is why it can be published in full. For a song that is still in copyright, use the screen and paste the words in yourself.
Green blocks are the notes to hit. The yellow line is you.
Green swaras above were in tune, red drifted more than a quarter-tone, grey weren’t picked up at all. The take is saved in your list — play it back and listen for the red ones.
Paste your words below and they’ll scroll here while you record.
🔒 Whatever you paste stays in this browser tab and is gone when you close it. Tap the prompter to advance a line by hand, or leave auto-scroll on and it follows the speed above while you record.
Harmonies follow the key and scale set on the Tune tab, so they stay in tune with the song rather than sitting a fixed number of semitones away.
Video export isn’t available in this browser. The audio downloads work fine — or try Chrome.
🔒 Nothing is uploaded. Everything happens on your own device, and Share hands the file straight to the app you pick.

About Voice Studio — Autotune & Voice Changer
Voice Studio is a free browser recording booth with pitch correction built in. Tap the red button, sing or talk, and the tool listens to the pitch of every moment of your voice and nudges it onto the nearest correct note of whatever key and scale you have chosen. Push the retune speed all the way down and the correction becomes instant, which produces the hard, stepped, robotic singing sound made famous on modern pop and hip-hop records. Slide it up and the correction glides between notes the way a trained singer does, so the result just sounds like a better version of you.
Correction is only the start. A full effect rack sits underneath: pitch and formant shifting that can turn you into a chipmunk or a giant, character voices including robot, telephone, old radio, megaphone, 8-bit, whisper, monster and underwater, reverb from a small room to a cathedral, tempo-synced echo, stereo width, compression, a noise gate and a de-esser. Automatic harmonies can stack a third, a fifth, an octave below, or a full choir on top of your take — and because they follow the key and scale rather than a fixed number of semitones, they stay in tune with the song instead of drifting out of it as the melody moves.
You can sing to something, too. Seven backing styles — lo-fi, trap, piano ballad, EDM, desi, reggaeton and acoustic — are generated live in your browser from oscillators and noise, so they are original, royalty-free and adjustable in tempo and key. You can also drop in your own instrumental MP3. The music is never captured through your microphone; it is mixed in at export, which keeps your vocal clean and lets you rebalance the two afterwards. Finish by downloading a WAV or MP3, or by rendering a short vertical video with an animated waveform card so the clip can actually be posted to Reels, Shorts, TikTok or a WhatsApp status, since those platforms will not accept a bare audio file.
Everything above runs on your own device. Your voice is never uploaded, never stored on a server and never used to train anything — there is no account, no watermark and no limit on how many takes you record. Sharing hands the finished file straight to the app you pick using your phone's own share sheet, so the recording goes from your device to your friend without passing through us at all.

Frequently asked questions
Open this page, tap the red record button and allow microphone access, then sing. When you stop, pick a key and scale on the Tune tab and drag Retune speed to the left for the hard robotic snap or to the right for natural-sounding correction. Press Play to hear the result and download it as MP3 or WAV. There is no signup, no install and no cost.
Almost always because the key or scale is wrong. Correction snaps your voice to the nearest note that belongs to the scale you selected, so if you are singing in A minor while the tool is set to C major, it will pull notes to the wrong targets. Set the key to match the song, or choose Chromatic, which allows every note and simply tightens whatever you sing. If your voice is very quiet or the room is noisy, the pitch tracker can also lose the note — get closer to the mic and raise the noise gate slightly.
Pitch is the musical note. Formant is the resonance of your throat and mouth, which is what makes a voice sound big or small. Shifting pitch on its own keeps you sounding like yourself a few notes higher or lower. Shifting the formant too is what produces the chipmunk or monster effect, because it changes the apparent size of the speaker. This tool keeps them on separate sliders so you can have either one deliberately.
Yes, in two ways. Choose "A beat" for one of seven backing styles generated in your browser, with adjustable tempo and key, or choose "My track" to load your own instrumental MP3, WAV or M4A. Either plays while you record, with an optional four-beat count-in and click track, and is mixed into the file when you export. Wear headphones so the music does not bleed into your microphone.
No. Recording, pitch correction, effects, mixing and encoding all happen inside your browser on your own device, and no audio is ever sent to a server. That is also why your takes disappear if you reload the page — they only ever existed in this tab. Download or share anything you want to keep before you leave.
Pitch correction has to hear a little of your voice before it can work out what note you are on, so live monitoring runs roughly a twentieth of a second behind you, plus whatever delay your own audio hardware adds. That is normal for any autotune system. Most people record with monitoring off, listening only to the beat, then hear the effect on playback — where there is no delay at all.
Yes, using the Video button. Those platforms will not accept an audio-only file, so the tool renders your take as a short video — an animated waveform on a gradient card with your title — in vertical, square or widescreen. Video export needs a browser that supports canvas recording; if yours does not, the button explains that and the audio downloads still work.
Yes. The whole tool is touch-friendly and works in Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone and iPad. On a phone the Share button opens your normal share sheet with the finished audio attached, so you can send it straight into WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or Messages without downloading it first.
Open the Harmony tab and pick Third above, Fifth above, Octave below, Choir or Doubler, then set the harmony level. Each harmony is a pitch-shifted copy of your own voice that follows the key and scale from the Tune tab, so it lands on notes that belong to the song. Choir stacks three extra voices at once; Doubler adds two very slightly detuned and delayed copies for a thicker studio vocal without changing the note.
Turn off "Noise cancelling" in the backing options if your browser is aggressively processing the microphone, and record about a hand's width from the mic rather than right on top of it. On the Space tab, Punch adds compression that evens out a quiet take, and the export stage automatically pulls the level back down if the finished mix would clip.
