SeeUAll vs Google Meet

Meetings for your own systems, or for Google

The short answer

Google Meet is the easy choice for teams already on Google: it runs in the browser, is free for group calls up to 60 minutes and, on higher Workspace editions, emails an attendance sheet and takes notes with Gemini. SeeUAll is for organisations whose meetings come from a timetable, an LMS or their own software: it takes a timed register, writes captions and minutes, files the recording and sends it all back to that system. Pick Meet if you live in Google Workspace; pick SeeUAll if your records live somewhere else.

  • Everyone is on Google Workspace and meetings start from Google Calendar.
  • You teach in Google Classroom.
  • You want a free option for quick calls.
