ProctorU, now part of Meazure Learning, is built around its own proctors: a live human for the whole exam, or recorded sessions reviewed by its staff, through its Guardian Browser. Proctly records instead: a desktop app captures every attached screen, the webcam and audio, blocks copy-paste, and gives the institution the recordings to review. Pick ProctorU for high-stakes exams that need a live proctor; pick Proctly to put every screen on record and review it yourself.
