Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services of Workaholic Developers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2.1 Project Agreements

• All projects require a signed contract or written agreement
• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables must be clearly defined
• Changes to project scope require written approval
• Additional work beyond agreed scope will be charged separately

2.2 Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment required to commence work
• Remaining payment based on agreed milestones
• Final payment due before project handover
• Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest

• Client retains rights to their original content and materials
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables
• Workaholic Developers retains rights to generic code components
• We may include completed work in our portfolio unless specified otherwise

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Delays caused by client feedback or content delivery will affect timeline
• Testing period included before final handover
• 30-day bug fix warranty after project completion

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• Payment for completed work due upon termination
• Termination fee applies for cancellation without notice
• All client materials returned upon termination

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Third-party software or service failures
• Data loss due to client-side issues
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Issues arising from client-provided content or materials

• Regular maintenance available through separate agreement
• Emergency support charged at premium rates
• Response times vary based on service level agreement
• Backup services provided as per maintenance contract

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pathankot, India.
