Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Workaholic Developers, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair business practices:

• Projects can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@workaholicdevelopers.com
• All work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full
• Early termination fees may apply as per the project contract

Please note that we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy for all our services.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Initial deposits and advance payments
• Milestone payments
• Development fees
• Consultation charges
• Setup and configuration fees
• Hosting and maintenance payments

Our no-refund policy is based on the following factors:

• Time and resources are allocated specifically to your project
• Development work begins immediately upon payment
• Server resources and infrastructure are reserved
• Team members are assigned and committed to the project
• Third-party services and licenses may be purchased

Upon Project Cancellation:

• All completed work will be delivered to the client
• Outstanding payments must be cleared
• Access to development servers will be revoked
• Project files will be archived as per our data retention policy

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we may consider exceptional circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver any work as per the contract
• If the service was not initiated due to technical limitations on our end
• If specifically mentioned in your custom contract

All exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
